Apply now and help turn vision into reality Job Responsibilities: Support senior leadership in strategy formulation and initiative implementation Plan and facilitate strategic retreats, Town Halls, and Dialogue Sessions, ensuring follow-through on key outcomes Conceptualise and link ideas, people, and resources to help departments realise their vision Provide secretariat support for management and committee meetings Coordinate hospital-level events Plan and manage departmental budgets, and logistics Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field At least 6 years’ experience in strategy, planning, or corporate administration (healthcare experience a plus) Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills Collaborative, proactive, meticulous and organised, with the ability to work alongside senior leadership and with colleagues from different departments Proficient in Microsoft applications and video conferencing and webinar software such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams Only shortlisted candidates will be notified #J-18808-Ljbffr
