We're Hiring: Data Engineer About theRole We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision‑making across the organization. KeyResponsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement data quality checks and monitoring systems to ensure data integrity. Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to manage data storage and processing. Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture, processes, and workflows. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or other scripting languages). Experience with big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, etc. Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). Hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of data modeling, data lakes, and data architecture principles. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. PreferredSkills Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of machine learning workflows and data preparation. Familiarity with tools like Airflow, dbt, or similar orchestration frameworks. Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Ready to make an impact?
