Job Objectives As the IT Manager Singapore, you will be the focal point for the Singapore management team for IT-related activities in the Warehouse & Office perimeter for Airbus Parts (Blue) Channel. You will be responsible for all Airbus supplied IT Services for the Singapore Warehouse, either from Airbus SAS or Airbus Singapore. You will be part of the global ITSM & Data Management team and lead the local IT service delivery team.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the team responsible for local IT service delivery, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee development.
  2. Act as the Digital Business Partner for SATAIR Singapore, serving as the interface between business stakeholders and Digital teams, ensuring the delivery of expected value.
  3. Ensure the Satair Digital Strategy is well anchored in Satair Singapore and that business requirements are integrated into the digital strategy.
  4. Develop, maintain, and execute the SATAIR digital roadmap for all Business Functions within SATAIR Singapore.
  5. Develop, maintain, and execute IT Governance for SATAIR Singapore.
  6. Coordinate between SATAIR Singapore, SATAIR Digital & Information Management (ASD), Airbus APAC Roof Digital, and Airbus central.
  7. Develop and maintain the infrastructure and operations roadmap for SATAIR Singapore in collaboration with Airbus APAC Roof Digital and SATAIR Digital teams.
  8. Coordinate implementation of global applications within SATAIR Singapore and ensure local adaptation.
  9. Specify, implement, and operate new local applications/solutions relevant for digitalization in SATAIR Singapore.
  10. Drive operational stability of IT services and report on performance to stakeholders.
  11. Represent SATAIR Singapore in the Airbus APAC Roof Information Security community.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive continuous improvement activities.
  • Report and communicate performance metrics to the business.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in digital leadership and people management.
  • At least 5 years in project/program management.
  • Experience in Business Relationship and Stakeholder Management.
  • Experience in IT Operations, ERP, or Security Operations is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and call center solutions.
  • Projects and Services Management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, ITSM processes, ERP, and Information Security.
