Position Purpose The Fintech Business Consulting Lead is responsible for driving innovation, digital transformation, and SME financing initiatives across regional fintech and financial services clients. This role combines strategic consulting, business development, and product ownership, requiring strong understanding of digital lending, embedded finance, and data transformation. The incumbent will lead consulting engagements, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and ensure the successful design, implementation, and scaling of digital products and automation solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes and operational efficiency. 2. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership and Consulting Lead product strategy, business development, and digital transformation projects across SME lending, embedded finance, and funding platforms. Provide strategic advisory to clients on digital product design, regulatory alignment, and transformation execution. Collaborate with regional leadership to shape and implement the firm’s fintech consulting strategy and delivery roadmap. Partnership and Market Development Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, market opportunities, and ecosystem collaborations to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth. Support client acquisition efforts by contributing to proposals, go‑to‑market planning, and relationship management. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regional fintech regulations and emerging technologies to position offerings competitively. Project Delivery and Execution Manage cross‑functional stakeholder engagement across business, operations, risk, and technology functions, ensuring projects are aligned with client goals. Conduct market intelligence, product benchmarking, and competitive analysis to shape go‑to‑market and product development strategies. Design and implement process automation solutions using tools such as Zapier, n8n, and API‑driven integrations to enhance user experience and delivery efficiency. Oversee the delivery of business transformation programmes that improve cost structures, risk control, and customer value realization. Governance and Reporting Ensure compliance with internal project governance, documentation, and quality assurance standards. Prepare management reports, client deliverables, and post‑project reviews to capture learnings and measurable outcomes. 3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Delivery of projects within agreed scope, time, and quality. Client satisfaction and relationship growth metrics. Contribution to business development and revenue targets. Operational efficiency improvements and measurable transformation outcomes. Compliance with governance and quality standards. Working Relationships Internal: Consulting, Product, and Technology Teams. External: Clients (banks, fintechs, investors), regulatory bodies, and ecosystem partners. Working Conditions Based in Singapore with hybrid and remote working arrangements. Occasional travel across Asia for client engagements and project delivery.
