Responsibilities: Oversee the overall facility management operations of a new development. Manage and coordinate all Defects Liability Period (DLP) matters, including defect reporting, rectification, and documentation. Lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance activities. Ensure all maintenance works (preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc) are carried out efficiently and on schedule. Liaise closely with contractors, consultants, and vendors to monitor performance and recommend improvements. Provide professional recommendations on M&E systems and building services to enhance reliability and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, building codes, and statutory requirements. Oversee the project's operational readiness and maintain building systems in optimal condition. Act as the appointed Fire Safety Manager (FSM) - prepare ERP, CERT Team, ensure fire safety compliance, conduct inspections, drills, and maintain records as required by SCDF. Prepare maintenance reports and update management and stakeholders regularly. Promote continuous improvement and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance building performance and safety. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent with at least 3 years of working experience in the building & facility management industry Technical Diploma in Building with 5 years relevant experience Fire Safety Manager course and technical certificate with 2 years, relevant experiences Good knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA) will be an advantage Experience in property & project management and A & A works Good communication skills and ability to lead and coach other members of the team Able to start work immediately or within short notice period Only Singaporean are preferred.
