JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist the Store Manager to ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably, achieving targets set by the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform kitchen and service operation duties
Oversee and manage daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth operation and customer service
Maintain quality standard of services including hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance
Monitor quality and consistency to ensure customer satisfaction and respond proactively to prevent and resolve customer service situation
Assist with work schedules
Check stock levels and order supplies
Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and team member satisfaction by executing and perform fair disciplinary and performance management
Perform all ad hoc assignments dedicated by Store Manager or Management

REQUIREMENTS

Singaporeans only
Must have Food Hygiene Certificate
Minimum 2 years of working experience in F&B industry (Japanese cooked food and customer service)
Required languages: English, Mandarin (in order to handle orders, queries and feedback from English and Mandarin speaking customers)
A team player, meticulous, organized and service-oriented
Must be able to work shifts, including Weekends and Public Holidays
