What you will be working on: Co‑led by Sport Singapore, High Performance Sport Institute (HPSI) and Singapore Sports School (SSP), you will be part of a journey to support the vision for the next bound to build new capabilities for high performance sport and better integrate our programmes/policies to strengthen support for youth to senior athletes, and youth‑to‑senior transition. You will be reporting to the Team lead, TeamSG Brand, Content & Events. In this role, you will be part of the team which develops the Team Singapore’s brand, content, and events initiatives to strengthen our national sporting identity. Plan and oversee content creation across multiple platforms, maintaining consistent brand messaging whilst building meaningful connections with the public. Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns for Team Singapore that create meaningful connections between athletes and the community. Develop and supervise production of athlete stories and digital content. Coordinate content calendar and review performance metrics. What we are looking for: We are looking for self‑motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. The ideal candidate should possess the following: Background in business administration or sports management. Experience in implementing engagement programmes, new systems and processes. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple portfolios simultaneously.
