We are seeking an experienced Senior Windows Administrator to take ownership of a critical operational role, supporting a major customer's offline network.

This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of Windows Administrators while remaining hands-on in day-to-day support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for a secure, offline Windows server environment.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Windows Administrators, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage and support Windows Server 2022 and 2016 infrastructure.
  • Oversee system monitoring, incident management, and escalation.
  • Administer and support enterprise backup, recovery, and security tools, including:
  • Veritas NetBackup – Enterprise backup and recovery
  • Veritas Backup Exec – Backup and disaster recovery
  • SSH Tectia – Secure file transfer and encryption
  • Other enterprise monitoring platforms (e.g., Microsoft System Center Operations Manager, SolarWinds, or equivalent)
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows environments and deliver long-term solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong technical expertise in Windows Server (2022/2016) environments.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team of administrators.
  • Hands-on knowledge of enterprise backup, recovery, and monitoring tools (NetBackup, Backup Exec, Tectia, or similar).
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-security, offline environments.
