Overview

As a SAP Security Specialist at Kontoor Brands, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security of our critical systems. Based remotely in India, you will be responsible for continuous monitoring of system access, collaborating with various teams to capture requirements, performing regular health checks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements. Your expertise in SAP Security projects and GRC Access Controls will be essential in implementing and monitoring security controls. You will also be involved in supporting audit activities, designing the Segregation of Duties (SoD) Matrix, and resolving security-related problems for users.

Responsibilities
  • Administer solutions for user provisioning, authentication, and authorization based on business needs and best practices.
  • Work closely with the IT Security team, analyze SoD risks, and identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance process efficiencies.
  • Apply conceptual knowledge and technology to solve complex business problems in the SAP security domain.
  • Configure security on SAP applications, manage technical changes, and ensure quality and control points are met.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Security support and configuration.
  • Deep understanding of SAP Authorization concepts.
  • Proficiency in SAP security and GRC technical skills.
  • Expertise in developing, administering, and monitoring the GRC ruleset, as well as analyzing SoD risks and mitigating controls.
  • An understanding of key business process risks and information security principles.
