Our bilingual, principles-based programme fosters character building, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the centre's curriculum and learning goals. Support children's development in the areas of language, numeracy, social-emotional skills, and motor coordination. Observe and document children's progress through portfolios, learning stories, or developmental checklists. Maintain a warm, nurturing, and safe classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and respectful relationships. Collaborate with fellow educators and centre leadership in lesson planning, event coordination, and project work. Communicate regularly and professionally with parents, including informal check-ins and scheduled conferences. Ensure daily routines (snack time, toileting, transitions) are carried out in a caring and developmentally appropriate manner. Support children with varying needs and ensure inclusion for all. Requirements Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE-T or equivalent) ECDA certified (L2 preferred) Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience preferred Passionate about working with young children Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual proficiency (optional: include if your programme requires Mandarin or other languages)
