We Are Hiring: Quality Control Supervisor & Specialists – Fresh Produce (Singapore)

Dingdong Maicai (叮咚买菜), a fast-growing fresh grocery e-commerce company, is expanding our Warehouse & Logistics team in Singapore . We are looking for passionate Quality Control Supervisor (1) and QC Specialists (2–3) to ensure top-quality fresh produce reaches our customers every day.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and verify incoming fruits & vegetables according to quality standards (freshness, size, appearance).
  • Perform routine stock inspections to identify and block defective products.
  • Supervise sorting and packing processes, ensuring customer deliveries meet quality requirements.
  • Handle abnormal product batches and coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and logistics to reduce risks.
  • Draft or execute SOPs and support continuous improvement in end-to-end supply chain quality.
Qualifications
  • Supervisor : 2+ years’ hands-on QC experience in fresh produce, with team management & SOP drafting skills.
  • Specialist : 2+ years’ QC/inspection experience, strong execution in daily checks.
  • Degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Biology, Food Safety or related (Diploma with strong experience accepted).
  • Familiar with food safety standards, supplier audits, and QC procedures.
  • HACCP / ISO22000 certification is a strong plus.
  • Good communication, coordination, and responsibility. Basic English reading/writing required.
What We Offer
  • Salary Range :
  • QC Specialist: SGD 3,000–5,500 / month (base + performance + commission)
  • QC Supervisor: SGD 5,000–8,000 / month (base + performance + commission)
  • Work Schedule : 6 days/week, rotating shifts
  • Day: 10:00 – 19:00
  • Night: 18:00 – 03:00 (1–2 times per week after team stabilizes)
  • 3-month probation, 1-year or 3-year contract.
  • Training & certification support (HACCP/ISO).
