Technical Recruiter, Knowledge and Information What is expected from this role to start with? Start as a hands‑on lead and grow the Team as business grows; Follow a consultative approach to understand the on‑site IT job role requirements & expectations of clients; Derive an "effective sourcing strategy" to reach out to the right group of tech talents; Understand the matching skills/capabilities/aspirations of the tech talents; "Assess and guide" talents for their career progression in a consultative manner (candidate management); Present the right talent profiles to the clients; Own‑up and build good rapport/relationship with the clients and shortlisted candidates throughout the process; Manage shortlisted candidates proactively with a consultative approach; Facilitate the matching/hiring process for the client to hire the right talents, within an expected time‑to‑fill of less than 30 days and an acceptance rate of more than 80%—that is the expectation for this role; New client acquisition: explore opportunities to acquire new clients while speaking to senior‑level candidates; Result orientation: your sincere efforts toward talents’ success, client and community delight to create meaningful careers. Who shall fit‑in the best for this role? Relevant work experience of at least 5‑8 years in executive search, IT talent acquisition or tech recruitment; At least 5 years of proven track record in the Singapore market is a must; Good understanding of new technologies such as data, AI, cyber‑security, etc., is required; Client‑management experience is a must; Experience or aptitude for new client acquisition is preferred; Communication, interpersonal skills, meticulousness and result‑orientation are the most important attributes for this role; Having a mindset of delivering value to make candidates and clients succeed and a commitment to the role’s purpose; Positive attitude to put in efforts to achieve desired goals will make you a good fit; Education in engineering or computer science related discipline is highly desired; This techno‑functional specialised role requires an ability to keep learning as a key success factor.
