Associate Director, Marketing & Investor Engagement

A leading investment management firm is seeking an Associate Director to spearhead marketing and investor engagement initiatives across multiple platforms and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive brand strategy and strengthen presence across digital, print, and social channels
  • Lead integrated campaigns targeting institutional, wealth, and retail investor audiences
  • Design and deliver flagship events – conferences, seminars, webinars, and forums
  • Develop product marketing materials, white papers, and thought leadership content
  • Manage public relations strategy, media relationships, and press communications
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging
  • Leverage analytics to measure, refine, and optimise investor engagement

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8–15 years of marketing and client engagement experience, ideally within asset management or private equity
  • Strong track record in campaign execution, content development, and event management
  • Excellent communication, writing, and leadership skills
  • Dynamic, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
