At the Singapore Heart Foundation, our Heart Wellness Programme supports individuals recovering from or at risk of heart disease through structured exercise, education, and lifestyle change. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you won’t just deliver excellent care — you’ll play a key role in mentoring others and supporting service improvements that enhance the quality of our care.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver high-quality cardiac rehab classes, maintaining excellent standards of safety, efficacy, and professionalism
  • Mentor junior staff and locums to uphold Heart Wellness Centre clinical and safety protocols
  • Help implement Singapore Heart Foundation’s clinical and strategic priorities, including new initiatives and service improvements
  • Facilitate patient referral pathways and contribute to our patient safety and risk management framework
  • Participate in staff training and professional development efforts across three centres
  • Lead by example in conduct, clinical standards, and team culture
  • Develop a special area of interest aligned with Singapore Heart Foundation’s mission, and serve as a go-to resource for the team
What We’re Looking For
  • Full AHPC Registration (required)
  • Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy recognised by AHPC
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience post-graduation in cardiac rehab or related fields
  • A proven track record of professionalism, responsibility, and patient-centred care
  • Strong clinical judgment and an openness to learn, grow, and align with organisational strategy
  • Comfortable mentoring others and contributing to team training, service improvement, and operational support
