Roles & Responsibilities
  • Requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements
  • Reviews and interprets engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, and scope of works to fully understand project requirements for detailed and accurate estimating
  • Provides detailed and accurate quantity and component take-offs against the technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work documentation
  • Works within the site team, reporting to the manager
  • Coordinates with other project team members for monthly progress claims and follows up variation works
  • Coordinates with the project team to monitor budget
  • Maintains company pricing databases
  • Prepares shop drawings (2D, 3D & BIM), submits and liaises with main contractor/consultant for approval
  • Follows up document submissions, material submissions and approvals
  • Prepares material schedules and material cutting schedules and coordinates with production team
  • Prepares monthly claims and invoices
