Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Special Education Position Title: Teacher Working Location: Central (near Raffles MRT) Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Planning and teaching of lesson according to the school's curriculum. Manage classroom and oversee student to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere. Develop individualized teaching methods for special needs students & IEP writing. Fulfill administrative responsibilities (Report writing, attendance record, test marking, etc.) Evaluate and track student progress, providing feedback to parents and school administrators. Work in partnership with therapists, counselors, and special education professionals. Apply behaviour management techniques to enhance student involvement. Attend parent-teacher meetings and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders of the classroom/ school. Maintain, adhere to and be up to date with Edutrust processes and systems. Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending professional trainings by the school. APPLY NOW Minimum Diploma in Education, Counselling, Psychology or equivalent.
