About the Role CrowdStrike is looking for a highly motivated, self‑driven incident response consultant to protect global security by investigating advanced attackers. The role involves front‑line incident response engagements for major organizations. What You'll Do Lead technical incident response engagements. Develop new threat‑hunting methods across large data sets. Work with outside counsel on intrusion investigations. Perform host/network forensics on Windows, Mac, Linux. Produce written and verbal reports and presentations for stakeholders. Demonstrate industry thought leadership via blogs, talks, and public speaking. What You'll Need Experience in incident response, forensic, network analysis, reverse engineering, or cloud incident response (AWS/Azure/GCP). Strong communication skills to convey findings to executives and teams. Self‑sufficient technical execution without supervision. Project management and soft‑skill growth. Thought‑leader in the incident response community. Positive work environment and attitude. Bonus Points GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) GIAC Forensic Analyst (GCFA/GCFE/GCFR) CISSP, CEH, OSCP/OSCE Cloud incident response certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) Education BA/BS or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
