Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-driven solutions tailored to client needs.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support machine learning workflows.
• Evaluate and fine-tune model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into AI/ML solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly in the areas of LLMs and RAG.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in working with large datasets and data processing tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for innovation and a strong desire to stay at the forefront of AI and machine learning advancements.
