Job Responsibilities Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, documentation, and confidential information with discretion. Act as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and reports. Support the CEO in strategic planning, project follow-ups and daily operations Support the smooth operation of the CEO’s office by managing supplies, equipment, and office logistics. Implement and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure efficient retrieval of information. Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, providing research and administrative support as needed. Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. Anticipate needs and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow. Requirements Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in executive/administrative support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
