Purchasing Executive In this role, you will: Source for COTS parts and materials in a timely and cost‑effective manner, in meeting operational needs. Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services. Monitor and track the status of orders and resolve any issues or delays. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the procurement process. Maintain records and follow up file of purchase, shipments, and related matters. JOB REQUIREMENTS NITEC/Diploma in Electronics/Purchasing/RF Communication Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge in Electronics/Mechanical Parts and Components Proven experience as a Purchase Executive in Electronics Industry or similar role Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
