- Take ownership of key processes to ensure smooth and efficient business operations during the foundational phase

- Personable : Friendly and approachable, fostering trust with clients and colleagues
- Language Proficiency :
Japanese : Conversational proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above (formal certification not required)
Mandarin Chinese : Preferred – many client HR representatives are Mandarin speakers - Education : Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Salary : SGD 5,000–6,500 (negotiable based on experience)
- Bonus : Performance-based quarterly bonus (starting after 1 year of employment)
- Work Arrangement : Full-time, 9am–6pm, Office-based
- Start Date : Within 2 months
