Senior Associate / Associate, Finance, Data Management (3 years renewable contract)

Job Description
  • Create and update SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. WBS, fund, cost centre) in a timely manner, upon stakeholder request and in accordance with SOPs.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents, and liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure documentation and supporting materials (e.g. Letter of Award, supporting emails) are well organised and maintained.
  • Perform updates of WBS status as required.
  • Regularly perform checks on master data, identifying irregularities and engage relevant stakeholders for resolution.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Qualifications in Accountancy or Finance with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous, organised and possess strong communication skills.
  • Experience in master data management and knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
