Position Overview

We are seeking doctors with Ophthalmology experience to fulfill locum sessions in the Comprehensive Clinic at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

Scope of Work
  • Provide clinical consultations for Ophthalmology outpatients in the Comprehensive Clinic.
  • Review general ophthalmological conditions such as cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, floaters, and dry eyes.
  • Manage emergent ocular issues including acute visual loss, red eye, and eye pain.

All consultations will be performed under senior supervision.

Clinic Sessions

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 5:30 pm.

Job Requirements
  • MBBS (Singapore Universities) or equivalent, registrable with SMC.
  • Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
  • Minimum of 3 years' clinical practice as a Medical Officer post-housemanship.
  • Experience in Ophthalmology preferred.
  • Proficiency in office and clinical computer applications.
