Operations Executive

We are looking for dynamic and passionate Operations Executive (Central Kitchen) to be part of the Operations team You will be responsible for the end-to-end kitchen operations; spearheading production quality and effective resource management.

Responsibilities
- Report and assist the Kitchen Operations Manager in catering operations.
- Prepare daily market lists and place orders for vegetables, fruits, frozen items, and disposable wares used for packing food and beverage.
- Conduct briefing with kitchen staff on next day special orders/ requests.
- Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to.
- Co-ordinate with Logistics Department for timely collection of food and beverage according to delivery schedules.
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Resourceful and innovative
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an eye for details
