Responsibilities Assist the Managers in the day-to-day servicing of corporate accounts. Assist to conduct pre-renewal exercise, review clients current program structure and ascertain new requirements, approach and strategy. Check policy documents against placement slips to ensure accuracy and completeness in wording and coverage issued by underwriters including billing of assigned accounts. Assist in new business acquisition, renewal exercise, source quotation and do comparison. Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers, clients and colleagues through regular contact and liaison. Meet with clients for follow-up servicing and renewals. Ensure clients needs are identified and implement successful account retention and defence strategies. Assist to prepare claims reports as requested by clients. Ensure compliance with corporate governance and all regulatory requirements including complying with MAS rules and regulations. Qualifications Must possess the relevant insurance qualification (minimum CGI) or equivalent Must have minimum 5 years of experience as in insurance broker or working in the insurance industry.
