Company Description Job Description Provide first line support to all Murex business users, ensuring the processing of transactions in the application across assets. Collaborate with the business to implement solutions and define requirements. Leverage your understanding of the Murex workflow, with emphasis on operations such as payments (SWIFT), accounting, performance analysis, and reporting (knowledge of Front-Office a bonus). Manage critical cases with Murex and work with the BA team to find common solutions across offices. Assist in testing fixes/new functionality and follow through issues with the business teams. Provide solutions for business weaknesses/gaps to mitigate operational risk. Assist the wider IT team with new projects. Execute ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Chief Technical Officer.
