Overview

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver Azure DevOps and Automation solutions tailored to requirements.
  • Provide technical consultation and support to customers and prospects, addressing questions, concerns and issues.
  • Assess and improve existing DevOps processes with recommendations for CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Provide guidance on infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities and assist in closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Offer feedback and insights to the product team on customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis and product enhancement suggestions.
  • Provide enablement trainings to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably with a focus on Microsoft solutions and containerization.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Azure DevOps, container technologies (Azure Kubernetes Services), Git, Docker, Jenkins and related CI/CD areas.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure automation, ARM templates, Biceps, Terraform.
  • In-depth knowledge of UNIX and Linux systems.
  • Professional certification in DevOps or Containerization (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn and grow.
  • Able to work independently and in teams.
