Job Responsibilities: Set clear objectives and targets for key project processes, ensuring consistency with strategic goals. Take charge of assignment of responsibilities to competent team members. Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Ensure all construction activities adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards. Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in project management to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Assist the tasks assigned by the Project Manager/ Project Director. Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience and and at least 5 years of experience in managing design and construction teams for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work. Demonstrated experience in managing the safety and timely delivery of projects. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Willing to work at site office
