Infra Project Manager

Singaporean only - up to $8,000 salary.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and vendors to maintain schedule for delivery of infrastructure projects, mainly focusing on tech refresh of network infrastructure.
  • Manage change processes and ensure deliverables meet quality and support requirements.
  • Ensure project performance adheres to KPIs and complies with security and governance requirements.
  • Facilitate smooth transition from project implementation to operation & maintenance phase.
  • Organize and participate in project reporting, updates, and post-mortems to identify and improve processes for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management for IT infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to handle parallel tracks, technical issues, and manage multiple user groups and external vendors.
  • Good working knowledge of networking; relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, or equivalent) highly desired.
  • Strong analytical skills to define risks, identify potential threats, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Positive mindset, highly organized, and able to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
