Job Description: Nephrology Sales Representative Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in nephrology pharmaceutical sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and strong relationships with nephrology departments in hospitals and clinics. This role will focus on promoting our portfolio of nephrology products to healthcare providers, driving sales growth, and enhancing market share. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the nephrology segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in nephrology departments, including nephrologists, hospital administrators, and procurement managers. Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to promote our nephrology products and services. Provide product training and educational sessions to healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of our offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure team success. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences) or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on nephrology products. Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team, with at least 1 direct report. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the nephrology field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs. Preferred Skills: Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) in a relevant field. Knowledge of the nephrology market and key players.
