Overview

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Retail Training Supervisor to join our team in Singapore. This role is responsible for designing and executing training programs aimed at enhancing the performance of frontline store employees. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of retail operations and be comfortable delivering training across multiple formats and store locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify regional training needs through store audits and operational data analysis, and develop targeted training plans.
  • Design and implement retail store operation training programs aligned with regional characteristics (covering sales techniques, customer service, process management, inventory control, etc.) based on corporate standards.
  • Organize and conduct regional/store offline/online training sessions to ensure localized implementation.
  • Collaborate with store managers and regional management teams to develop coaching models that reinforce key business skills.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through mystery shopping and data analysis, working closely with the corporate training team to continuously optimize curriculum and training methodologies.
  • Oversee and execute various training programs across regional stores and provide support for other retail operation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail industry; hands-on store experience is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with retail operations, including sales, service, and store management workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of retail training systems and ability to customize programs for employees of different levels.
  • Excellent facilitation, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to independently design and deliver training modules.
  • Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for store visits and training sessions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written), with the ability to conduct training and prepare materials in both languages.
