They are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer who can deliver end-to-end product design, blending strong visual skills with deep product thinking. About the Design Team The design team strives to create meaningful product experiences by leading with user insights and design excellence—ensuring products are trusted, impactful, and valued across the organisation. Responsibilities Lead End-to-End Design: Own the full design process from discovery to implementation, balancing user needs and business goals. User Research & Strategy: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, synthesize insights, and translate them into impactful solutions. Visual Design: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate concepts clearly. Maintain and contribute to the design system for cross-product consistency. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to prioritise features, distinguishing between must-haves and good-to-haves within an agile framework. Metrics & Iteration: Define and track key UX metrics to measure the effectiveness of design solutions and guide improvements. Requirements 4+ years of experience in end-to-end product design, delivering scalable and high-impact digital solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions and influence stakeholders. Ability to contribute to product and design strategy, shaping both the “what” and the “why.” Proven expertise in user research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) and data-driven decision making.
