Consulting Manager (freelance)

Role description:

As our Consulting Manager, you'll lead recruitment projects, manage client relationships, and hunt for superstar candidates like a talent-savvy Sherlock Holmes. The beauty? You get to choose whether to work in your PJs at home or in our buzzing office (we promise good coffee).

This is a commission-only role, perfect for someone who thrives on results, freedom, and the sweet sound of "You've been hired" from happy candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Work from anywhere — your desk, our office, or the beach (Wi-Fi permitting).
  • Flexible hours — you manage your schedule, we trust you to deliver.

Requirements

  • You should be a Singaporean – you know the local market inside-out.
  • CEI Certified – because we play by the rules and value professionalism.
  • Proven track record in agency recruitment, consistently meeting or exceeding placement and revenue targets.
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to win and grow accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
