Professionals are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and relating business demands.
Your responsibilities include aligning priorities, planning, and actions to the overall business objectives and involving business stakeholders. You will share and communicate knowledge and innovation. You have knowledge of the fundamentals of the Semco business model and the value chain.

Assist the Project Manager / Lead Engineer in the smooth running and implementation of the project.

Key tasks & Responsibilities:

  1. Technical compliance with customer specifications.
  2. Ensure proper checking/approvals are always done.
  3. Preparation of project specifications according to customer requirements.
  4. Prepare preliminary drawings for the customer.
  5. Preparation of block diagrams and project-related calculations, etc.
  6. Review vendor bids technically and take part in vendor selection.
  7. Review vendor document submission.
  8. Effectively communicate with customers and vendors to ensure the proposed system meets customers’ expectations.
  9. Coordinate with other systems/packages to ensure system interfaces are addressed.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

  1. Design.
  2. Preparation of drawings.
  3. Preparation of specifications for procurement of equipment.
  4. Develop detailed system design with diagrams and schematics.
  5. Selection of telecom equipment.
  6. Develop bulk material listings.
  7. Provide input for preparation of selected reports, weight, equipment list, function, and fabrication/installation.
  8. Coordination with other disciplines.
  9. Professional responsibility.

Main principal duties:

  1. Participate in all engineering phases: (Feasibility, Concept, FEED, Detailed design).
  2. Understand and interpret requirements from customers and authorities.
  3. Clarify design certification with customers and 3rd parties.

Minor tasks & responsibilities:

  1. Participation in customer visits.
  2. Participation in technical project meetings.
  3. Occasionally take part in quotation and sales, commissioning activities.

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and experience:

Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or IT is required.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken English).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
