Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, development, and release of system/process solutions for eCommerce, mobile, and Corporate Website as an Area Product Owner or Product Team Lead.
  • Act as the product lead for corporate website features and integration, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and content strategists to ensure cohesive, scalable, and brand-aligned solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management – from problem discovery to solution delivery – including backlog grooming, user story writing, prioritization, and acceptance testing.
  • Ensure alignment with global and regional stakeholders to connect corporate website content strategy with e-commerce revenue generation goals.
  • Facilitate decision-making and remove roadblocks in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with varying priorities and timelines.
  • Champion data-informed product decisions using available insights (user research, analytics, stakeholder feedback).
  • Provide leadership in times of ambiguity, guiding teams through change with clarity and confidence.
  • Support in any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
  • Experience in the logistics, supply chain, marketing/communications, or B2B digital commerce industries preferred
  • At least 6 years of experience in product or project management, with minimum 2 years in a leadership or cross-functional team lead role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex website and CMS-related projects (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, Contentful, Drupal, or custom-built solutions) from strategy to launch
  • Familiarity with Content strategy, Design systems, UX research preferred
  • Certification in Agile/SCRUM (e.g., CSPO) or PMP preferred
  • Demonstrate strong understand of User-centered design principles and digital product development
  • Knowledge of how web and mobile platforms contribute to customer experience
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills
