Responsibilities
  • Identify algorithms for risk, violation, and low-quality issues in e-commerce scenarios such as products, shopping carts, short videos, and live streaming.
  • Mine and develop algorithms to detect fraudulent behaviors and identify risky, violated, or low-quality merchants and creators.
  • Optimize algorithms for large-scale brand libraries, products, and content deduplication/clustering.
  • Work on data construction, instruction fine-tuning, CoT, alignment, and other tasks for large models in the e-commerce domain to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Explore reinforcement learning and operational research algorithms for intelligent dispatching and audit scheduling to improve quality and efficiency.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
  • Final year or recent graduate in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong foundation in data structures/algorithms, machine learning/deep learning theory, with practical experience.
  • Familiarity with 1-2 areas among NLP, computer vision, multimodal, graph algorithms, search algorithms, text/data mining, and LLM.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Practical experience in relevant business scenarios and good teamwork skills.
  • Published papers in top conferences or competition experience.
  • Experience with DALL-E, CLIP, GLIDE, or related projects.
  • Success in international competitions in related fields.
