About The Opportunity

Join our product design teams at OKX as a Senior Product Designer, Trading, and play a key role in shaping the crypto experience. You will create intuitive, trustworthy, and visually appealing user experiences that set industry standards. Your work will influence customer-facing designs for a global audience and support strategic product development through business-facing design practices. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders worldwide, you will turn ideas into impactful design solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Synthesize needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables, ensuring design is integrated throughout the product development process.
2. Address design problems from start to finish: translating insights into innovative products and features, designing workflows, and detailed interactions.
3. Support product development with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and research.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams across regions to define initiatives and create thoughtful solutions, representing user interests throughout the product lifecycle.
5. Collaborate with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the design vision for your area.
6. Enhance design quality by seeking feedback through reviews, presentations, and workshops.

What We Look For In You

• At least 5 years in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields.
• Experience designing complex fintech, crypto, trading, or Web3 products with problem-solving skills from scratch.
• Passion for CeFi and trading with a good understanding of the crypto ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies ensuring intuitive and trustworthy products.
• Results-oriented with adaptability to change.
• Knowledge of experimentation and research techniques for validating designs.
• A diverse portfolio showcasing your design work.

Nice to Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with fintech, investment platforms, or crypto products.
• Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
• Interest in mentoring peers and promoting great design.
