Overview

This key role supports APAC functions with advanced analytics, data science, and operations research to improve business processes and strategic projects.

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Use advanced analytics to identify and solve operational issues across APAC. Create models and simulations for process optimization using techniques like machine learning, optimization, AI, and statistical analysis. Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Train and coach business analysts on advanced data analysis methods.
  • Advisory & Project Management: Recommend analytics solutions for key business strategies. Work with BI, Data Management, and Analytics teams to develop and implement solutions. Track progress, report outcomes, and collaborate on delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 6+ years in data science, analytics, and operations research (experience in Supply Chain/Last Mile delivery is a plus).
  • Skills:
    • Expertise with optimization tools (GUROBI, CPLEX, etc.), Generative AI and data science techniques (predictive modeling, clustering).
    • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
    • Strong analytical, modeling, and visualization skills.
    • Excellent business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
    • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
    • Project management experience is a plus.
