Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities Promote and sell the company’s range of medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors, nurses, biomedical engineers, and purchasing departments. Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and achieve or exceed sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support during trials or product evaluations. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups. Work closely with the marketing and product management teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches. Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for strategic planning. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports through CRM systems. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, quality, and company policies. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Nursing, Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 2–5 years of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry (experience in (specific area, e.g., surgical, diagnostic, or capital equipment) is advantageous). Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and medical device regulations in Singapore. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred). Please submit your application via the ‘Apply’ button.
