Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Manager / Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in driving strategic business decisions through financial insights, data analytics, and performance management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management — including the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) — to support business growth, M&A activities, and operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & AnalysisLead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial projections. Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful management reports for leadership decision‑making. Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate business performance and new initiatives. Business Partnering & Data AnalyticsCollaborate with business units to provide financial insights that support growth and profitability. Translate data into meaningful business intelligence using Power BI and other analytical tools. Identify key performance trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for process improvement. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) SupportSupport M&A evaluation, due diligence, and post‑merger integration activities. Prepare valuation models, sensitivity analyses, and investment proposals for management review. Process EnhancementDrive continuous improvement in financial reporting, data accuracy, and analytical capability. Implement automation and digital tools to enhance forecasting and reporting efficiency. Requirements EducationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. Postgraduate or professional qualifications (e.g. CPA, CFA, MBA) will be an advantage. ExperienceAt least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting. Prior exposure to the healthcare industry will be advantageous. Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and financial modelling tools. Key AttributesStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Keen business acumen and data‑driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative team player with strong initiative and accountability.
