Job Description Job Title: HR Operations – Employee Services (GRIT) Role Summary: Support HR Operations across onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities as well as operations compliance. Ideal for fresh graduates seeking hands‑on experience in a dynamic HR environment. Key Responsibilities Support onboarding and other employee lifecycle processes, including document management. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems. Coordinate background screening with external vendors. Manage work pass transactions (applications, renewals, cancellations). Perform due diligence checks in line with internal policies/guidelines and regulatory requirements. Requirements Degree in HR, Business or related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Detail‑oriented, organized and responsive. This is a 6‑month traineeship under the Graduate Industry Traineeship (GRIT) programme and we can only consider fresh graduates (from 2024) for this programme.
