The Role: Join a high‑impact sales team focused on strategic, complex solution selling across ASEAN. As a member of the ASEAN Credit Solutions sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying and driving strategic, complex solution selling on large opportunities characterized by a complex combination of technical, business, financial and resource management obstacles within some of our largest clients. Core Responsibilities: Drive enterprise new‑logo and expansion revenue, meeting or exceeding quota. Build and sustain C‑suite relationships (CEO, CFO, CRO, Heads of Risk). Lead complex pursuits end‑to‑end: discovery → solution design → negotiation → close. Orchestrate across Account Managers, Application Specialists, Product, and Legal to deliver integrated solutions. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce; provide timely updates. Stay current on market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape. Core Skills and Requirements: You are a results‑driven, sales professional with a strong understanding of the commercial lending and Investment workflow and comparative solutions, well versed in selling complex, enterprise solutions to such clients. Additionally, 8‑12+ years of consultative sales experience, selling complex solutions to the institutional financial markets and multinational corporations in the Asia Pacific region A comprehensive understanding of regulatory and credit risk / fixed income / credit markets gained via experience at financial institutions, asset managers or financial data / technology firms is highly desirable A strong network of senior contacts in ASEAN financial markets is a plus Strong interpersonal communication skills, active listening, and confidence in delivering product demonstrations are essential Interest in solving problems for clients through the delivery of financial solutions and analytical tools Entrepreneurial mindset; demonstrates drive, initiative, energy, and sense of urgency Work effectively in a team‑based environment as well as independently Desire and flexibility to learn and grow in an ever‑changing environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
