Hiring Lead Radiographer for RADLINK LITE

Clinical Oversight

-Develop and administer protocols for imaging activities

-Perform periodic reviews of protocols and staff adherence to them

-Trigger and follow-through on clinical escalations to reporting radiologists and Medical Director

-Oversee radiological licensing

-Assess statistics for potential areas of improvement

Imaging Operations

-Develop staff rotas to ensure appropriate staffing levels and modality coverage

-Approve leave requests

-Recruit and manage locum radio / sonographers, approve timesheets

-Oversee equipment licensing and maintenance – Manage equipment maintenance arrangements with vendors

-Advise Head, Radlink Lite on equipment requirements (purchases, replacements)

-Assess statistics for potential areas of improvement

Staff Management & Development

-Performance management of imaging staff (radio / sonographers)

-Develop and administer training according to the needs of imaging staff

-Support hiring and retention of imaging staff

Hands-On Radiography

-Perform imaging procedures as required to support operational needs (e.g. Urgent leave coverage)
