About the role Join the dynamic team at 1STEP Pest Control Services Pte Ltd as a full-time Sales & Marketing Executive. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the company's range of high-quality pest control services across the Tampines North East Region. With a focus on building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities, your efforts will contribute directly to the growth and success of this rapidly expanding organisation. What you’ll be doing Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through outreach, networking and referrals Schedule and conduct in-person sales meetings and product demonstrations to convert leads into customers Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services and continuously educate customers on the benefits Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns Identify new business opportunities and market trends to inform the company’s sales and marketing strategies Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through diligent planning and execution Maintain accurate sales records and provide detailed reporting on activities and performance What we’re looking for Proven track record in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the pest control or related service industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers Proactive, driven and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively handle customer objections Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using CRM software Positive attitude, adaptability and a keen eye for detail What we offer At 1STEP Pest Control Services, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
