Our client is an established MNC with over 20 years of experience who is a market leader within their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring an experienced Software Manager to join their team.

  • Lead Global & Regional Application Strategy: Guide the complete lifecycle of application development projects. You will lead change management and global application projects.
  • Lead & Mentor: Managing a high-performing team of Application Support and software Engineers. Providing essential mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure Operations efficiency: Ensuring that application runs smoothly.
  • Orchestrate & Resolve: Command the resolution of complex, high-priority incidents. You\'ll coordinate cross-functional teams (Development, DevOps, Infrastructure) to restore service swiftly and effectively.
  • Communicate & Influence: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. Translate complex technical issues into clear business impact and provide data-driven insights on application health, performance trends, and support KPIs.
Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of experience in application / software development. Exposure to web and mobile application development is required for this role. Proven track record in managing a team is required for this role. Strong expertise in Application project management.

  • Leadership role with autonomy to make key decisions for Application roadmap and strategy
  • Permanent role with an established company
  • Proven track record in Cloud such as Azure or AWS will be of added advantage
