Job Summary Develops and refines design and documentation. Coordinates with clients, consultants, and contractors. Delivers project components with growing autonomy and accountability. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs. Prepare and manage architectural drawings and documentation, including revisions. Coordinate design input with consultants, contractors, and external design teams. Participate in meetings and site visits. Conduct compliance checks according to statutory and regulatory requirements. Support project leaders with change documentation. Key Competencies Proficiency in conceptual and technical design. Ability to produce and coordinate comprehensive project documentation. Effective problem-solving and collaboration skills. Able to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams. Good understanding of built environment trends, technologies, digital tools, workflows. Good understanding of environmental sustainability and green building methods. Requirements & Attributes Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications. Minimum 3-8 years of experience from concept through design development and construction documentation. Experience in large scale, hotel, mixed use development will be an advantage. Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture), Bluebeam and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign). Familiarity with statutory submissions and controls, along with a strong understanding of local regulations and codes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Other professional certifications such as GMAP or GMAAP and UD Assessor will be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
