Proven capability to manage multiple clients, events, and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in other sales or marketing tools considered an advantage. Knowledge of Food and Beverage: A good understanding of culinary concepts, menu planning, food trends, and dietary preferences is beneficial. Familiarity with catering operations enhances credibility and sales effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Sales and Marketing team in updating and maintaining database information, consolidating data, and preparing reports as required. Respond promptly to all banquet email enquiries with well-prepared and comprehensive proposals. Handle incoming calls professionally, record accurate messages, and check venue availability when required. Manage the preparation and inventory control of sales kits, marketing materials, and gifts for corporate, wedding, and private functions. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager. Job Requirements and Qualifications Relevant Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or F&B Management. At least two (2) years’ experience in Event Sales and/or Event Planning, with a proven track record of success. Proven ability to innovate, with strong commitment to task completion and the capability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
