Key Responsibilities: As a member of our project team, you will play a pivotal role in the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with senior architects on planning, designing, and implementing airport-related projects.
  • Generating high-quality architectural designs and solutions, encompassing conceptualization, plan development, graphic creation, documentation, and specification preparation.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, consultants, contractors, and workers, to address design issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitoring project progress to uphold contractual agreements and schedules.
  • Participating in project, technical, and consultant meetings as needed.
  • Undertaking additional duties, including participation in design competitions, as assigned.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Previous internships or local work experience are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing Professional Architectural accreditation, with support provided.
  • Strong project management, communication, and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Revit/ArchiCad/BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective written, oral, and graphic communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with local authorities' regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
  • Preference will be given to Singaporean citizens.
