Our team combines creativity, expertise, and dedication to craftsmanship in every project. Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Singapore. The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and overseeing the creation of dynamic, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their vision and requirements, developing design concepts, selecting materials and furnishings, creating detailed drawings and 3D models, and ensuring project completion within timelines and budgets. The role requires regular site visits and working closely with contractors and vendors. Responsibilities Design and oversee the creation of dynamic, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. Collaborate with clients to understand vision and requirements. Develop design concepts and select materials and furnishings. Create detailed drawings and 3D models. Ensure project completion within timelines and budgets. Conduct regular site visits and work closely with contractors and vendors. Qualifications Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Experience in space planning, furniture selection, and material specification Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and lighting Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Experience in high-end Hospitality, F&B Commercial, or Retail Interiors is a plus Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Details Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Contract Job function : Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries : Design Services This role is intended for an on-site Interior Designer based in Singapore and focuses on delivering high-end interior design outcomes for hospitality, F&B, and related spaces. #J-18808-Ljbffr
