Ensure deliverables meet corporate standards. Conduct semi‑annual and quarterly top‑down modeling to forecast real estate occupier fundamentals and investment returns. Formulate complex strategic reports that identify new investment strategies and opportunities. Review and enhance custom real estate occupier fundamentals forecasts for all high‑profile regional acquisition opportunities. Participate in the review and writing of the periodical set of publications that communicate housing view to external clients. Apply extensive and diversified knowledge of principles, advanced techniques, and theories to create unprecedented solutions. Showcase in‑depth expertise in leading‑edge theories, techniques, and/or technologies within own function. What You’ll Need Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10‑15 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience and exposure to Asia Pacific commercial real estate market with familiarity in real estate capital markets. Strong presentation skills. Multi‑dimensional, conceptual, and innovative thinking to develop new solutions. Ability to identify and solve the most complex problems. Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset. Expert math skills. Ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.
